At Centaur Associates we understand that each bank may have a different level of interest in the amount of involvement they would like to have with their Courier program.  We also understand the importance and the challenge of the Courier delivering quality service while picking up deposits on the behalf of the Bank.

Although having a Courier builds strong relationships with your Customers and provides them with unmatched convenience, it also involves time organizing routes, maintaining a staff of drivers, and insurance coverage, just to name a few.  Accordingly, we provide four distinct levels of service to best fit the needs of the Bank:

• "Ease of Banking" Courier operated by Centaur Associates.

• "Turn-key" Courier initiated by Centaur, then operated solely by the Bank.

• "CRIS" Courier Routing Software for Banks who need to better manage their Courier operation.

The Ease of Banking Courier Service

Our highest level of service -all that you need to do is make the decision that you need a Courier - and we provide the rest.  Our expert team handles all the details of running a  Courier at your bank.  This level includes:

• Centaur owns and operates the courier service for the bank

• All personnel; insurance and bonding; vehicle purchase and maintenance; licensing; and routing is provided by Centaur

• Centaur also provides Courier Routing Information Software (CRIS), client contracts, and audit process

• “Ease of Banking” saves time and energy for the bank staff while providing a proven, reliable service to the bank’s clients

• Available to banks wishing to establish a courier service and to banks searching for a more efficient/enhanced system.

Turn-Key Courier Service Program

Starting up your Courier operation may be the largest hurdle for your bank.  Centaur Associates will set up the entire service, and then turn over the operation to the Bank.  The Bank will retain ownership of the vehicles, insurance, and employees.  Our service includes:

• Centaur builds entire courier operation for the bank, hiring drivers, securing vehicles, and establishing initial routes

• Program includes Courier Routing Information Software (CRIS), client contract model, and audit process

• After building program to bank's parameters, courier operation is turned over to designated bank division/employee

• Ongoing support is available
