Management Reports
CRIS
While organizing a courier route may seem overwhelming, CRIS has several reports that will help you in this process.
All reports will be previewed online before printing.

Here are several of the reports that are available in CRIS:
Route Sheets: print out one route, or all routes, for the day. Route sheets contain all pick ups and lines for logging in the customers deposit bag.
Zip Code Report: groups your customers by zip code - this allows you to determine when you will be in a particular area. New customers in this area can be added around these times for greater efficiency.
Load Balancing Report: shows the high times and low times in terms of customer pickups. This will show you when you need to have additional courier drivers available and times in which you could "bulk up" your routes.
Exporting: integrate your customer and route data into other popular programs such as Word, Excel, and MapPoint. You can create mailing letters, labels, and maps with these programs.
Envelope Printing: envelopes can be printed out for return of customer receipts. They will be marked for mailing, or courier return.
