CRIS
Customer information and route information is located on the same window. No need to search for Customer information.

Both pickup and mailing addresses are included in the Customer data. This will allow you to generate mailings to your Customers.
CRIS accommodates Customers that have several pickup locations - such as a company with several stores. These Customers can be grouped together by a common Billing account number.
Each Customer can have up to 20 account numbers. If your bank sends receipts back to the Customer, CRIS will print off envelopes to use regardless of the account number on the receipt. If you are going to drop the receipt off with the courier, the envelope will contain the route number for the customer.
By marking your Customers as "Bank Customers" or "Internal Customers" you can analyze how your courier is being utilized... is the courier making a large number of stops that are not billable to customers, picking up documents, etc.?
