Activity Adjustments

CRIS

Keeping track of all pickups that your courier makes is key to calculating and understanding the real value of your courier.  With CRIS you can keep track of all variations in a Customer's schedule and also keep track of miscellaneous pickups your courier makes.

Typical uses for Activity Adjustments:

On Call:  keep track of all pickups called in by your on call Customers.  Create a report of the total usage by these Customers.

Added Pickups and Cancellations:  any additional pickups added into the system will print off on the route sheets.  Similarly, any cancellations will be removed from the route sheet.

Notes:  any notes entered in to the system will be shown on the customer record, but can also be added to the route sheet.

Track Supplies:  CRIS allows you to create your own adjustment codes.  Do you need to keep track of supplies such as deposit bags that are given to the Customer?  Create a code to keep track of it!
