About Us
Centaur Associates Inc. was formed in 1995 to assist a niche oriented, single location, Toledo, Ohio bank that was quite successful with the concept of customer courier service. When the bank was sold in March of 2001, they had assets totaling over $1 Billion. With nearly 600 clients using courier service, these clients represented loans and deposits of nearly $400 Million each.
Currently we provide service to over 67 different banking locations across the country making over 44,000 pick-ups each month, with the banks ranging in size from $48 Million to $7 Billion.
At Centaur Associates Inc., our team consists of experienced bankers with a high level of banking knowledge and client service skills. It is our goal to assist the small bank to become competitive in the big bank environment.
Our Mission
Our main goal in working with a bank is to assist them in the gathering of business deposits. To accomplish this, Centaur Associates provides the bank with the actual logistics in setting up the courier service as well as a courier routing information system. Through logistics, marketing, and software, we will assist our clients to rise above their competition.
